What we keep, and why.

What you give us

The audit form collects your store address, your email address and the numbers you type in: average order value, how often customers come back, and the region you sell in. The booking page collects the name, email address and time you enter. Anything you send to [email protected] arrives as email.

What happens to it

The audit runs on our server, the result is stored so you can ask for the same report again, and it is emailed to the address you gave. That is the whole use. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to advertisers.

Who else touches it

• Cloudflare hosts the site, stores audit results and counts requests so the form cannot be hammered.
• Resend sends the audit email to you.
• Cal.com runs the booking page and the calendar invite.

Each of these processes the data on our instructions. None of them is allowed to use it for their own marketing.

What we do not do

There is no advertising tracker on this site, no third-party analytics script, and no cookie that follows you to another site. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to tell a browser apart from a bot; that is the only one.

How long we hold it

Audit results stay so that asking for the report again does not mean filling the form in twice. Email stays while the conversation is live. Both are deleted when you ask, and you do not have to give a reason.

Getting a copy, or getting it deleted

Write to [email protected]. We reply within a few days. If you want everything we hold about your store removed, say so and it goes.

If you buy a plan

We read your catalogue and your brand assets to make the content. Where the platform allows it, that access is read only, and you can revoke it whenever you like. Content you approve is yours to use; we do not resell it or publish it anywhere you have not approved.

Changes

If any of this changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
