Autooopilot vs PostSyncer
PostSyncer is the calendar and the inbox: it takes what you give it and puts it on eleven or more platforms. Autooopilot is the writing: it takes your catalogue and produces the product posts. For most stores these are two different jobs, and you may end up wanting both.

The short answer
PostSyncer is a social scheduling tool from $29 a month that plans, publishes and tracks posts across eleven or more platforms, with AI image and video tools and a unified inbox. Autooopilot is a done-for-you service from $79 a month that writes product content from your catalogue. They solve different halves of the same problem: PostSyncer needs content to schedule, and Autooopilot produces it. Many stores need both.
Choose PostSyncer if
- You already have content and it is not getting published consistently.
- You need one inbox for comments across platforms.
- You want to spend $29 and handle it yourself.
Choose Autooopilot if
- The calendar is empty because nobody is writing, not because nobody is scheduling.
- You want product content that tracks stock without a person checking.
- You would rather approve a week of content than plan it.
Where PostSyncer is better
- $29 a month, and it does the scheduling job properly, which we do not do at all.
- Unlimited scheduled posts and team members, with a real unified inbox for comments.
- AI image and video generation inside the same tool.
- REST API and MCP access, plus a 7 day free trial.
- It is the cheapest way to get organised if your content already exists.
Two halves of one problem
Scheduling tools are honest about what they are. They take content and put it out. That is genuinely useful, and it is a job Autooopilot does not take on, which is why this page does not pretend we replace PostSyncer.
The question worth asking is which half is broken. If posts go out late or not at all, you have a scheduling problem and $29 solves it. If the calendar has nothing in it because writing it is the part nobody does, scheduling software will not help, and that is the half we take.
A scheduler cannot know what sold out
Every scheduler, PostSyncer included, publishes what you give it. Nothing in that workflow notices that a product in Tuesday's planned post sold out on Monday.
Autooopilot starts from the catalogue instead. The stock file is the input, so the content that gets made is about what is available now.
The combination most stores end up with
If you already pay for a scheduler and it works, keep it. Have the product content written and approved, then load it into the tool you already know. The two subscriptions do different jobs and neither one is a replacement for the other.
Questions people ask
Does Autooopilot publish to my social accounts?
No. We write the content and deliver it with copy per channel, and you or your scheduler publishes it. Scheduling is a separate job and we are not built to do it.
Can PostSyncer write the content too?
It has AI image and video tools and can help generate assets, but it is a scheduling platform. It is not built to write content from your catalogue on a schedule with your brand voice held across every piece.
Is it worth paying for both?
If the alternative is an empty calendar, yes. Writing and scheduling are separate skills and separate work. Two subscriptions are still cheaper than a content hire.
Which one should I start with?
If nothing is being published, start with the writing, because a scheduler cannot fix an empty queue. If content exists and goes out inconsistently, start with scheduling.
